石墨电极是指以石油焦、沥青焦为骨料,煤沥青为黏结剂,经过原料煅烧、破碎磨粉、配料、混捏、成型、焙烧、浸渍、石墨化和机械加工而制成的一种耐高温石墨质导电材料,称为人造石墨电极,简称石墨电极。

普通功率石墨电极可加入少量沥青焦,石油焦和沥青焦含硫量都不能超过0.5%。生产高功率或超高功率石墨电极时还需要加针状焦。铝用阳极生产的主要原料为石油焦,并控制硫分不大于1.5%~2%。


Graphite electrode refers to a high-temperature graphite conductive material made of petroleum coke and asphalt coke as aggregate and coal pitch as binder, through raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing, which is called artificial graphite electrode, referred to as graphite electrode.


A small amount of asphalt coke can be added to the ordinary power graphite electrode, and the sulfur content of petroleum coke and asphalt coke should not exceed 0.5%. Needle coke is also required for the production of high-power or ultra-high-power graphite electrodes. The main raw material for the production of aluminum anode is petroleum coke, and the sulfur content is not more than 1.5%~2%.
